Solution

The Mock Exam Company web site provides mock exams to students studying for their examinations. Students can purchase the mock exams online and then, after completing them, return them to have them professionally assessed.

Connections developed a bespoke administration system for the web site, through which, MEC are able to directly maintain the site data and review orders, including the customer fulfillment records.

A client administration system was also created, where customers can log into their account profile to review their orders, initiate file downloads of ordered products and check on the status of scripts sent for marking.
